How long does the IT Health Check take?
Typically a few days from kickoff to report, depending on the size of your environment. The disruption to your team is minimal, and most of the review happens behind the scenes.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No special preparation needed. A short intake call and access to your Microsoft 365 admin portal (or equivalent) is usually enough to get started.
What do we get at the end?
A plain-language report that lists what's healthy, what's at risk, and a prioritized action plan. You can fix items yourself, use us, or take it to any provider.
Is this a sales pitch in disguise?
No. The report stands on its own and you're free to act on it however you like. Many clients do ask us to handle the fixes, but there's no obligation.
